A contemporary, high density scheme for 216 residential units included 50% affordable housing configured to meet the needs of the local community. A series of 9-10 storey linked buildings orientated to make best use of the irregular site area with below grade parking and servicing were planned across the site. Townscape studies which anticipated the future development of adjoining land helped define appropriate set backs and siting of built form.
